Last year Stormbusters replaced the roof on my house. My wife and I wanted to let everyone know what a great job the company did on the replacement roof. The level of professionalism from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. They worked with my insurance company and did all of the leg work preparing receipts and mailing estimates. We received follow up phone calls to make sure everything was OK. We would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a roofing company and enjoys working with professional people. My roof was damaged during an early morning hail storm on a Sunday in early April. Stormbusters made their staff readily available to assess the damage within hours after the storm passed. They provided a complete estimate with all of the costs and measurements that the insurance company could use for reference. Stormbusters staff was highly professional. Stormbusters of Texas, LLC was able to deliver great product and service on time. That is very unusual when it comes to construction firms anywhere. Stormbusters replaced my business and my house roof. The warranty they provide is real. If you report a problem, which we have done, they have responded immediately and took care of the concern right away. I was particularly impressed that they provided or improved what they had originally quoted. Because of the hurricane in Houston, we were quoted 30 year shingles, but when it came time to replace the roof, the shingles were no longer available, so Stormbusters installed 50 year shingles instead and brought them from Dallas to be able to meet their obligation to us. I have been in the service-oriented industry for many years and am glad to see that there is one good roofer that means what it says and will install exactly what was promised in their quote.
